Suitable for steam tracing pipelines, container heating pipelines, container heating, equipment insulation, and small steam equipment.

The installation of bimetallic strip drain valves should meet the following requirements:

If the distance from the drainage point is too far, air or steam will accumulate in the pipe in front of the valve, causing the bimetallic strip drain valve to be in a closed state and hindering the flow of condensed water.

2) The bimetallic plate drain valve body should be installed vertically and not tilted to facilitate steam blocking and drainage, and the flow direction of the medium should be the same as the valve body marked *.

3) When assembling bimetallic drain valves, it is necessary to set up bypass pipes, flushing pipes, inspection pipes, check valves, and filters, and install necessary flanges or flexible joints for easy maintenance and disassembly.

4) A shut-off valve must be installed before and after the bimetallic strip drain valve to facilitate maintenance and shut-off. If the condensate can be recovered, this valve may not be installed.

5) A filter should be installed between the bimetallic strip drain valve and the front shut-off valve to prevent dirt in the water from blocking the bimetallic strip drain valve (the thermal power bimetallic strip drain valve comes with a filter).

6) A flushing pipe is installed in front of the valve group for initial flushing drainage and air release during system operation, to prevent blockage or damage to the bimetallic strip drain valve.
